You will need to provide a parking space for the photographer at or very near your home or apartment building. She will have a lot of equipment to bring in and parking blocks away isn't feasible, especially if she would have to leave the session to go and feed a parking meter. If you cannot provide parking then we will need to charge a $20 parking fee. *
